Plugin Installation
- 1. Copy the plugin Boostpress Telegram Notification to wp-content/plugins/
- 2. Log in to the WordPress admin dashboard.
- 3. Go to the Plugins menu and activate the plugin.
- 4. Click on Settings under the plugin name to access the configuration page.
- 5. Alternatively, go to admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=boostpress_buythroughline to access the settings page.
Requesting a Telegram Token
- 1. First, create a Telegram bot by adding @BotFather as a friend using this link: https://telegram.me/BotFather
- 2. Send the command /newbot
- 3. Then, set a name and username for your bot.
- 4. Copy the token provided and paste it into the settings.
- 5. Click the Register Webhook button to register the webhook.
- 6. After registering the webhook, type /id in the Telegram bot.
- 7. Copy the ID provided and paste it into the settings.
- 8. Save the settings.
- 9. The setup is now complete.
